Can I Donate Blood?

You can donate blood if you are in good health, you weigh at least 50kg and age 17 to 65. However, if you are a female, weighing under 65kg and aged under 20 years old and under 168cm in height it is advised to check your blood volume before donating.

Alcoholic Neuropathy?

There are many diseases and conditions which are associated with alcoholism, including alcoholic neuropathy. Neuropathy develops over a period of time and results in damage to the nervous system. If this condition is serious enough, it may not be reversible. Symptoms include numbness, muscle weakness, tingling, skin sensitivity, and pain.
